Outreach and Community Engagement

Opera Magnifico presents outreach performances to local schools, retirement communities, nursing homes and hospice patients. Past outreach performances have included community locations such as The Willow School, Laurel Circle, Bernards High School, Wyckoff Way and more. We strive to continue the tradition of opera in the modern era by inspiring the next generations of opera lovers and performers in schools. Students will receive a panel discussion with the performers discussing what it's like to have a career in performance. Opera Magnifico also presents performances to local retirement communities and nursing homes to bring opera to those who may not be able to travel to the theater.
